Black Belle Collective was created by Lauren Buckley, owner of Black Belle Essentials LLC.

Lauren brings extensive experience in behavioral health, disability services, program leadership, educational initiatives, and workforce development.

Her experience includes participating in panel discussions and meetings, delivering presentations, and hosting conferences focused on mental health awareness, educational development, and workforce development. Through this work, she has brought people together to share knowledge, connect with resources, and explore opportunities for growth.

Lauren has also supported underserved communities and individuals with disabilities, helping people navigate services, develop employment skills, and participate meaningfully in their communities.

Black Belle Collective combines this professional background with her passion for art and entrepreneurship to create welcoming experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, connection, and skill development.
